Timber Warranty
Every Timber sauna carries a five (5) year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Coverage
Below is what's covered, what's excluded, and how to start a claim.
Structural & Wood
Framing, wood materials, and the structural envelope of your sauna are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for five years from delivery.
Fixtures & Switches
Lighting and venting switches and other Timber-installed fixtures are covered under the same five-year term.
Heater & Controller
Sauna heaters and control systems are covered separately under their original manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you at delivery.
What This Warranty Doesn't Cover
- Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or moving of the sauna
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions
- Normal wear and tear, including natural wood weathering, fading, or discoloration
- Damage from acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, or earthquake
- Damage caused by rodents, insects, or other pests
- Improper maintenance or failure to maintain the sauna
- Any modifications or repairs made by parties other than Timber Sauna Company
